Marchese and Mizrachi reach final table of NAPT bounty shootoutThe $5,000 buy-in Bounty Shootout at the PokerStras.net North American Poker Tour (NAPT) stop in Los Angeles got underway yesterday with a star-studded field of poker professionals taking part in the tournament.

Amongst the players who made the trek to the Crystal Casino –the tournament was moved from the Bicycle Casino to Crystal Casino due to legal restrictions on filming at the Bike—were Daniel Negreanu, Barry Greenstein, David Williams, Jennifer Tilly, Shaun Deeb, Eric Baldwin, Justin Young, Phil Hellmuth, Tom Marchese, Liv Boeree, Joseph Cheong, Michael Mizrachi, Jason Senti, Phil Laak, Sorel Mizzi, Vanessa Selbst, Annette Obrestad and Andrew Robl.

At the end of the day, only 9 players remained including current Card Player Magazine Player of the Year point’s leader Tom “KingsofCards” Marchese who has had a remarkable first year on the major poker tournament scene. Also making the final table was 2010 WSOP Main Event 5th place finisher Mike “The Grinder” Mizrachi, who is having an incredible 2010 of his own.

At the final table Marchese and Mizrachi will square off against the very formidable lineup of Kevin McPhee, Moshin Charania, Pat Pezzin, David Williams, Eric Baldwin, Clint Coffee and Justin Young. The winner of the tournament will take home just over $134k in prize-money.
