Battle of the Forums Promotion is Back on Bwin Poker

Battle of the Forums competition is back on Bwin Poker. Players will compete for an attractive prize pool of $40,000 in the competition. In the 2010 Battle of the Forums tournament, the winning team received a decent sum of  $21,000. The first runner up walked away with the second prize of $13,000.

The Battle to Start from November 27th

The Battle of the Forums promotion will run between November 27th and December 4th. Bwin Poker players interested in grabbing a share of the lucrative prize pool will have to log in to their accounts through their respective user IDs. The Battle of the Forums option has to be selected from the list of scheduled tournaments on the site. Registration has to be done with the exclusive password offered to their teams.

Bwin Poker to Run Qualifying Tournaments for the Battle of the Forums Promotion

Bwin Poker is going to hold qualifying tournaments before the Battle of the Forums competition kicks off. To be a part of the attractive promotion, players have to participate in the qualifiers. The events will have a payout structure on the basis of which players will be given prizes. Between every 10 and 99 players participating in the qualifiers, the top 5 will be rewarded with entries to the Battle of the Forums final. These 5 players will form one team. However, if the number of players participating in the tournament exceeds 100, the best 10 will be given entries to the final event. In that case, the first five will form a team, and the next 5 players will form the second team.

Battle of the Forums Final will Have 5 Tournaments Running Simultaneously

The Battle of the Forums Final on December 4th will consist of 5 tournaments. These will be operated by the poker room simultaneously. On the basis of the performance of players in the finals, points will be rewarded to them. Cash rewards will be given in accordance with the number of points collected by the teams. Teams accumulating maximum number of points will be awarded the biggest cash prizes. The winner of the competition will be rewarded with $15,000. The lowest cash prize offered in the competition is $280. It will be given to players in 10th, 11th and 12th positions. Players in 7th, 8th and 9th positions will be given $520 each.
