Daniel Negreanu and the 10th World Championship of Online Poker

One of the most prestigious events in poker, the World Championship of Online Poker is the largest online poker series in the world. This year, poker players will be going up against each other for the prize pool of $30 million. This is perhaps one of the biggest reasons why a lot of the affected players of April’s Black Friday incident moved away to different parts of the world that will let them continue on with their online poker career. Daniel Negreanu, the face of PokerStars is so excited about the event and has prepared for its coming.

Daniel Negreanu’s Preparation

The WCOOP is a very prestigious online event that is very much expected by thousands of players. Players have moved to different countries that will let them brush up on their poker skills in preparation for the upcoming WCOOP. The series have drawn the attention of a large number of professional poker players as well, including Daniel Negreanu. Negreanu has recently moved back to Canada, his homeland, not only to continue playing online poker regularly, but also to work on improving his skills in preparation for the upcoming WCOOP. Daniel Negreanu mentioned that he will be participating on both the 8-ball mix event and main event on this year’s WCOOP. Negreanu is a very interesting player as he is one of those players who love to break the monotony of playing. Instead of focusing only on the game of Texas Hold’em, Negreanu tends to play the different variations of the game instead. He has then developed skills in each one of them and poses a challenging opponent in any of the games. He has been grinding in a number of poker variations throughout his career and has managed to do well in them.
