UB Poker trims its roster of sponsored poker pros

Poker players who visit the UB Poker website will find a few new omissions to the site’s list of sponsored poker pros. Gone are the names of Matt “mattg1983” Graham, Michael Binger, and Billy “Patrolman35” Kopp.

According to PokerNewsDaily, Graham’s original 1-year contract had expired and he was working for the site on a month-to-month basis. His agent informed PND, that Graham intended to take a break from poker and pursue other interests at this time. Graham has a slew of poker accomplishments including two WSOP bracelets, and a number of huge online scores.

Binger is best known for his run at the 2006 WSOP Main Event where he pocketed $4.1 million after eventually bowing out in 3rd place. Binger also works as an instructor at DeepStacks University who will likely continue to sponsor him at major tournaments.

Kopp has struggled since his 12th place finish at the 2009 Main Event, and according to PokerNewsDaily his contract had expired at the end of the 2010 WSOP.

UB Poker still features a strong roster of professional poker players including: Phil Hellmuth, Annie Duke, Joe Sebok, Tiffany Michele, “Roothlus” Levy, Brandon Cantu, Bryan “badbeatninja” Devonshire, Gary “debo34” Debernardi, Eric “basebaldy” Baldwin, “Hollywood” Dave Stann, Mark “P0ker H0” Kroon, and rocker Scott Ian.
